KioskOS

Less interface, more appetite

We design kiosk screens that don’t scream “technology.” KioskOS keeps ordering simple, so more guests finish their order on their own.

Kiosk welcome screen

Low risk to start

  • Pilots in 2–4 weeks

Measure real behaviors fast, so you can decide to scale (or iterate) without a long, risky rollout.

  • Hardware agnostic

Runs on the devices you pick. No vendor lock-in, no surprise rip-outs.

  • POS and payment integrations

Connects to your POS and payment provider, usually without changing either.

Guest experiences

Design that gets out of the way

KioskOS screens stay quiet, so the food does the selling. We test screens with guests in real stores and keep what helps them find what they want, accept a well-timed add-on, and finish their order without help. Accessibility is built into our platform (it’s the rule, not a feature); our edge is how the interface reduces choice overload and nudges decisions without nagging.

Menus and ordering

Inside KioskOS

Food that looks good on screen

Photos, video, and optional 3D, without the wait.

Media loads ahead of time, so screens don’t stall while a guest is ordering.

One add-on, at the right moment

Cart-aware, time-aware, and capped so guests aren’t nagged.

KioskOS shows the single add-on most likely to be accepted at that moment, and you can A/B test the copy, price, and timing before rolling a winner out.

Fits real menus

Combos, modifiers, and the odd local special.

Bundles, nested categories, and local items carry over as they are, so the kiosk matches your menu board.

Connects to your systems

POS, payments, and peripherals.

Prebuilt connectors move orders, inventory, and payments into your systems, with little work for your IT team.

Central publishing

Publish once, run every store

Head office publishes themes, promos, and tests to every kiosk from one place, and each region can change its own promos, copy, prices, or language in minutes, without a developer. Updates are signed, and each kiosk stores a local copy, so it keeps serving if the network drops.

Head office publishes the master menu, brand templates, and promos to every kiosk in three regions. Region A overrides a promo, Region B overrides prices, and Region C adds a second language.

Store management

Manage every kiosk without calling IT

The menu publishing screen with version history

Publish with an undo

One click to publish and one to undo, with staged rollouts and a full version history.

The operating hours screen with a calendar

Local hours and specials

Change one store’s hours and specials without touching the master menu: extend hours for a game, hide sold-out items downtown, or run a one-store flash special.

Frequently asked questions

Will we have to change our POS?
Usually not. We have prebuilt connectors for common POS systems and APIs for custom integrations.
How long before we see results?
Pilots are set up to measure completion time, assists and add-on rates within the first few weeks. Exact timing depends on menu complexity and traffic.
Can we run A/B tests?
Yes. Run two versions of an offer, and the event data shows your analysts which one sold more.
Does KioskOS include dashboards?
No. KioskOS focuses on clean, reliable event capture and integrations. We give your analysts the data and sample templates, so they can measure impact in your BI tools. For drive-thru performance dashboards, see Drive-Thru Analyzer.
