Privacy policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Graivy Inc. collects through this website, graivy.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Our products used in restaurants are covered by the agreements we sign with each customer.

01Who we are

Graivy Inc. is a company based at 35 John Street, Suite 2E204, Toronto, Ontario M5V 3G6, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information collected on this site. You can reach us about privacy at hello@graivy.com.

02What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical information any website receives.

  • When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you add it), the topic you pick, and your message.
  • When you visit any page: the server that delivers the site records standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is normal for every website and is used to keep the site running and secure.

The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or social media plugins. See Cookie settings for details.

03How we use it

  • To reply to your message, arrange a demo, or follow up on what you asked about.
  • To keep records of our conversations with prospective and current customers.
  • To keep the website working and protect it from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent. Any marketing email we send will follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and include a way to unsubscribe.

04Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and receive your messages, such as our website host, the service that delivers contact form messages to us, and Cloudflare, which checks that the contact form is being used by a person and not an automated program. They may use it only to provide that service to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

05Where it’s stored

Our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, the information is subject to the laws of that country, and may be accessible to its courts and authorities.

06How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period, as set by our hosting provider, and then deleted.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
  • correct information that is wrong,
  • delete your information, or stop using it for a purpose you agreed to.

Email hello@graivy.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

08Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who at Graivy can see messages sent through it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, such as passwords or payment details, through the contact form.

09Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
